It would appear that in the world of newspaper headlines there is room only for certainty, regardless of the facts.

How did a Daily Mail article find its way into the Sunday Times?
Since when did newspapers ever need to "inform" anyone? Their sole purpose is to make newspaper owners wealthy, facts are incidental.
