Dinar Commas

I'm currently in Rotterdam on a business trip. Yesterday, at Heathrow, the guy in front of me in the Travelex queue was rather annoyed; he was trying to buy Serbian Dinars, but they didn't have any and he was just about to board a flight to Serbia from T4. Does seem rather an oversight on the part of Travelex to not have currency for all the destinations T4 services.

Having read some Charlotte Bronte I'm now reading The Tenant of Wildfell Hall by her sister, Anne. One thing I immediately noticed was that Anne uses a preponderance of commas, even in places where logic dictates a comma is unnecessary. I wonder if anyone else has noticed this?
