Weight Loss Food Boxes

I've noticed a lot of companies advertising their diet food box services and I think I'm missing a moneymaker. 

I think I'll set up a company whereby, in return for a 6 month subscription, I'll send them food boxes that will be guaranteed to make them lose weight - I'll send them empty boxes. Surely they couldn't sue me?
