Have you noticed how adding a decimal point after any number can fool us into thinking it's more accurate as a measure of something, whether it be a statistic or a measurement? It may well be that that something which is being measured can't even be measured to within such accuracy, but adding a decimal makes us believe it can - like 73.6% of all statistics are made up...
