Wenceslaus IV

I was watching the film Medieval on Netflix, which had Wenceslaus IV of Bohemia as one of the characters, so I did a quick Wiki on him.

He's not Good King Wenceslaus, who was Wenceslaus I and reigned in the 900s.

I couldn't, however, figure out why Wenceslaus IV ore a bra on his head in his portrait.
