The Doors

Just look at the first video and then the 2nd.

Why have I called this post 'The Doors'?

A conversation to think about:

Neo: Well I suppose the most obvious question is, How can I trust you?

Oracle: Bingo. It is a pickle, no doubt about it. Bad news is there's no way if you can really know wheter I'm here to help you or not, so it's really up to you. Just have to make up your own damn mind, to accept what I'm going to tell you or reject it. Candy?

Neo: DO you already know if I'm going to take it?

Oracle: Wouldn't be much of an oracle if I did't.

Neo: But if you already know, how can I make a choice.

Oracle: Because you didn't come here to make the choice, you've already made it. You're here to try to understand why you made it. I thought you'd have figured that out by now.

  1. The second would have far more impact on youth than the first. I can guarantee the greatest response from girls watching the first is, "Wow, I can do THAT with makeup??!! Cool!!!"

  2. How do you find 'em, Sir? Very interesting...

  3. Now that explains a lot about what happened to the Colin x

  4. We may know intellectually that anyone on a magazine cover has been photoshopped to death but the message permeates our lives in the most insidious way making us consider that anyone who doesn't conform (not counting ourselves and close friends/relatives, of course) is stupid, lazy, worthless or any other negative adjective you can think of. We're not barbarians, we don't kill ugly/fat/handicapped/[insert other prejudice here] people. No, we just keep hammering the message home so that they feel excluded.
