Torchy, the Battery Boy

That headline will be lost on many.

I love Lidl, but I'm sick and tired of their Parkside brand constantly changing the spec of their rechargeable batteries.

I thought I'd have one of their cordless LED lights, which uses those stick batteries that are used in Parkside cordless drills. However, I have two Parkside drills, each of which uses a slightly different rechargeable battery, with different chargers - none of which fit the bloody cordless LED light, despite the similarity of shape.

Now, £7.99 for a torch without a battery is a bit ridiculous anyway, so I got a refund. Bastards!
