It's taken me longer than your two already and I still haven't got it. I tried cheating by doing a false subtraction but it didn't fall for it. Don't tell me how it works yet - I want to spend more time on it.
I've seen this before (in a different form) and know how it works. Or rather, eventually when it was evident that I was about to start causing a disturbance in the office with my high pitched exclamations, some kind soul explained it to me....
I suppose that there are only so many numbers that the subtraction works for... and they stick the same gift on all of these. I really am rubbish a maths, btw! Sx
The random, but sometimes surprisingly connected (but not necessarily lucid), stream-of-consciousness thoughts of an optimistic, heavy drinking, cantankerous, iconoclastic, foul-mouthed, devil worshipping misogynist who gets into fist-fights and lived in a damp barge in the arse end of the Thames and now lives in a caravan and loves to slaughter cats by the flinty light of a full moon while reading poetry.
Erm... she didn't get mine right!

She got it right the next two times though. The gifts are rearranged each time. Odd.

Scarlet: I think your subtraction must be at fault.
ReplyDeleteI'll go now otherwise I'll be here all day!

ReplyDeleteAlan: It's quite easy to work out really, but I won't spoil your enjoyment.
ReplyDeleteThe answer is simple: IT READS YOUR MIND!!

No-one besides Kabbalah got it yet?
ReplyDeleteOK it took me a long time but at last I have got it.
ReplyDeleteAlan: Bravo! Easy, ain't it?
ReplyDeleteHello Chairman Bill,
ReplyDeleteI just wanted to say thank you for the comment on my blog, it was well appreciated. :) Hope you're having a good day so far!
Aubrey
Aubrey: Many thanks.
ReplyDeleteSo how does it work?
